Toucan Internet LLP has teamed up with world leading provider MessageLabs to provide email security services. This is a full business class provision with a master administrator control centre - ClientNet and individual user control quarantine with approved & blocked senders lists - Spam Manager.
Whilst
the administrator has access to many facets of the system
for complex reporting, user management, approved/blocked
sender lists plus the routine overview, he may choose to
just accept the default setting and only visit the ClientNet to
see how it's performing or if he wants to release an email
that has been blocked because it contains a virus.
For all support needs on this service there is a support system through the ClientNet control centre. Plus full training either via a web conferencing facility or as pre recorded ''system walkthroughs' available through the control centre. MessageLabs offer extensive support documentation on every facet of the system.
Users use Spam Manager to check the quarantine area for blocked messages.

First User - £4.95 per month
Second User - £3.95 per month
Third to 100 users - £3.50 each per month
Summary of Terms and conditions:
Minimum contracted term is 24 months payable annually in advance.
Termination of services requires 90 day's notice.
Setup fee £30.00 per domain
Should you want to come out of the system, there is an admin fee of £30 per domain to cover the administration and reconfiguration costs.
Users defined:
A system user is ‘person, mailbox or machine that at least sends/receives
email’.
Aliases and redundant receiving addresses are not counted as users.
Users need not be domain specific, i.e. one user may have a number of
addresses across a number of domains
