The quickest way to push messages to all clients who depend on services is using a dedicated Twitter channel. This account is not used for any other purpose apart from out bound messages to our clients.
Whilst services from Toucan Internet are highly dependable, if there is an issue it is important our clients are kept up to date. If there is an issue with any of our services this will be posted on Twitter so everyone is aware of details as soon as we are. We'll advise with as much information as is available and will give restoration ETA's whenever possible.
